⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful adventure
Kundavela was a wonderful adventure that not only blossomed new friendships but also allowed for an inner journey through the blending of the 4 elements.
Water, the element that has accompanied us since we were in the womb. I remember the sensation of the waves beneath us, just as if we were still infants in a cradle.
Earth, which provides us with everything we need to live and survive. At the heart of Kundavela is a vegan diet, which helps everyone understand how much the Earth offers us, without resorting to processed and harmful foods.
Fire, the element that not only exists in the volcanic islands we visited, but also burned within us during the practice of Kundalini Yoga. This practice enabled a living reconnection between nature and our soul.
Finally, air, last but not least, because, by moving our sailboat, it allowed us to embark on this journey. The wind gave us a "new breath."
I thank all the people who accompanied me on this experience, as well as those who conceived it. Wonderful is an understatement!

Kundavela comes from the heart. And it is the heart that pulses throughout the experience. A week of absolute connection with the heartbeat, the vital breath. Welcoming and skilled Kundalini Yoga teachers, the sea, mantras, healthy food. The wind caresses awareness. KundaVela is an adventure of pure beauty. And it's fun! I can't wait to set sail again.

Kundavela was a very introspective vacation for me, helping me look within and understand a different energetic level, allowing me to interact with the people around me in a new way. I felt a widespread empathy that allowed us, even as strangers from different backgrounds, to experience a sense of unity that I hadn't felt in other vacations. This is what struck me and made the difference. The organizers took care of every detail with love, allowing me to feel emotions that were unique to me. It is a vacation I will definitely do again and recommend to my acquaintances. The scenery of the Aeolian Islands is mystical, and even though I had been there before, I experienced them in a mystical, different light. I recommend Kundavela to anyone who wants to have a different kind of vacation, one that takes you beyond your comfort zone, to experience the beauty inside and outside of us.
